Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after we receive your return. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately and return it to us within 7 days of the order being signed for. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note: You may use any shipping method you prefer, just make sure it is postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Important Notice

Please do not send your return to the address of the sender of the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only ship to the address on the shipping label we provide, even if you use your own shipping method.

Please ensure that you do not accidentally include non-Do4pets items in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending these items back to you.

How do I request a return/refund?

Or you can request a return for a refund in your order and we will contact you. If your return is accepted, we will give you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the label has been removed? Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. You can only return items that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and with the original tags/packaging. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

After completing your return, once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Postage for returns and exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, we will provide you with free shipping. However, you will be responsible for the postage costs of the original item.

Attention

If it is a product quality issue, we will cover the postage costs whether you want to return or exchange the item.

Do I need to pay a return handling fee?

There is no handling fee, please do not worry.
